### **Why Corrections are Sometimes Needed**

Even the best AI can occasionally misspell specific terms or names. i-scribe's Dictionary Function makes it quick and easy to correct these minor details, ensuring your output is always accurate and professional.

### **Correcting a Misspelled Word or Phrase**

**Step 1: Highlight the Word or Phrase**

-   Highlight the word or phrase you wish to correct in your document*(Image 1)*.
-   A pop-up box will appear.

**Tip:** At the top of the pop-up, you’ll see the word or phrase that will be replaced. We recommend checking that it matches your intended correction.

**Step 2: Enter the Correct Spelling**

-   In the**Replace With** section, type in the correct spelling.

**Step 3: Apply the Correction**

-   To replace the word or phrase in your*current documents only*, click**Replace All***(Image 2)*.

You can also use this feature to make quick formatting changes. For example, you can:

-   Underline words or phrases
- **Bold** text
-   Add or remove bullet points
