## Customising "Dictaphone-Smart" and "Dictaphone-Verbatim" can cause issues. Below are tips and tricks to get the best outcome from these outputs.

### **Tips:**

Usually when people want to customise these outputs, it's because they want **certain headings**. The best way to get the heading you want is to dictate it (*or say it*) while recording.

For example, try saying different phrases to get the output you prefer. For example if you wanted to insert a heading that says "Plan:"...

-   For "Dictaphone - Smart", it might work well to say: "*Insert a heading that says Plan*"
-   But, for "Dictaphone - Verbatim", it might work well to say: "*Plan colon new line*"
