## How to make changes to documents using the smart adjustor tool

**The smart adjustor box only appears after you've generated a document.** It isn't shown while you're transcribing or before you click **Generate**. Run the consult and generate your outputs first, and the adjustor box then appears so you can request changes to what was produced.

**Please note:** the outputs are not able to reference each other. So, for example, if you were to request *"\_\_Update Referrer Letter from Medical Note"*, the system wouldn't be able to do that task because the Referrer Letter can't reference the Medical Note.
