Terms and conditions for Akuru's March Madness promotion.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Akuru Pty Ltd trading as i-scribe by Akuru (ABN 673 517 578), of \[St Kilda 3182\]

2. Promotion period

The promotion runs from12:00am AEDT 1 March 2026 to11:59pm AEDT 31 March 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

Have a valid i-scribe account during the promotion period
Are Australian or New Zealand residents aged18 years or over
Are not employees of the promoter (or immediate family members of employees) or agencies associated with this promotion

4. How to enter

You will receiveone (1) entry into the draw for eachEligible Referral completed during the promotion period.
There is no limit to the number of entries you can earn.

5. What counts as an Eligible Referral

An Eligible Referral occurs when:

A new user is referred to i-scribe during March 2026,and starts an i-scribe free trial before 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 April 2026, and
The referral is successfully recorded in the i-scribe referral tracking system, and
The referred user is a genuine new user who has not previously held an i-scribe account.

The promoter may deem referrals invalid if they are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, generated by spam, or otherwise not in the spirit of the promotion.

6. Bonus entries for top referrers (highest number of Eligible Referrals recorded during the promotion period)

At the end of the promotion period, additional bonus entries will be awarded to the top referrers as follows:

1st place: +10 bonus entries
2nd place: +5 bonus entries
3rd place: +3 bonus entries

If there is a tie, tied participants will each receive the relevant bonus entries.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receiveone (1) Apple iPad (128GB), newest standard model available at the time of purchase.

The iPad will be purchased new from an authorised retailer.
Colour is at the promoter’s discretion, subject to availability.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

8. Draw details

The draw will take place on13 April 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT.
The winner will be selected byrandom draw from all valid entries received.

9. Winner notification and prize delivery

The winner will be notified within2 business days of the draw via the email linked to their i-scribe account.
The winner must respond within14 days to claim the prize.
The prize will be delivered within30 days of the winner confirming delivery details.

10. Redraw

If the winner does not respond within the claim period, a redraw will take place on27 April 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner.

11. Existing referral program and Prezzee voucher

This promotion runs alongside the existing i-scribe referral program. The existing referral program will continue during the promotion period, subject to the following:

Referred users who start a free trial are eligible for the iPad draw entry only.
The Prezzee voucher (or any standard referral reward) applies only if the referred user becomes a paid i-scribe user, in accordance with the existing referral program terms.

12. Verification and disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to:

Verify the validity of entries and referrals
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion process, submits invalid referrals, or engages in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct

13. Privacy

14. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to any applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize.
