i-scribe Patient List and Document Approval Guide

Accessing the Patient List

  • The Patient List is located on the left-hand side of the i-scribe interface.
    • When expanded, the list is fully visible.
    • When the menu bar is collapsed, the list is minimised but accessible.
  • How to View Patients:
    • Click on the Patient List to see the patients scheduled for today's consults.
    • Use the arrows to navigate between days or select a specific date via the Date Picker.

Secretarial Access

  • If you have secretarial access, you鈥檒l see additional details:
    • Document names are displayed below patient names.
    • Approved documents are marked with a checkmark.

Managing Unapproved Documents

  • i-scribe allows you to filter and review unapproved documents conveniently:
    • Viewing Today鈥檚 Unapproved Documents:
      • Click the Unapproved filter to display unapproved documents from today鈥檚 consults.
    • Viewing All Unapproved Documents:
      • Use the toggle at the top to expand the filter to all unapproved documents in your account.
  • This feature is particularly useful for identifying consults that have generated documents but have not been reviewed or approved.

Approving or Removing Documents

  • Approving Documents:
    • Select the relevant patient from the list (e.g., "Bob").
    • Click Approve on each unapproved document. Once approved, the document will no longer appear in the unapproved filter.
  • Removing Documents:
    • If a document is unnecessary, click the Cross (X) icon to remove it.
    • Removed documents will not appear in the patient list filter.
